Please describe the problem:
$ ssh -CX REMOTEHOST
$ pkill evolution ; evolution

Evolution is slow over a 2 mbit link (down, 200 kbps up).
It takes at least a minute to load a subfolder of my Exchange Inbox.

Can you please try in current stable 2.22.2 and provide the E2K_DEBUG=4 traces of evolution and exchange-storage process if issue still exists, thanks in advance.
