Please describe the problem:
Seems like totem doesn't pick up the translations anymore :/

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start totem with following command LC_ALL=et_EE totem


Actual results:
Totem interface is in English

Expected results:
Totem interface is in non-understandable language :)

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Marked as critical because of the upcoming 2.16 release.
