Fixed the stupid playlist side of thing.

2006-08-08  Bastien Nocera  <hadess@hadess.net>

        * src/plparse/totem-pl-parser.c: (totem_pl_parser_is_ra),
        (totem_pl_parser_is_asf), (totem_pl_parser_is_quicktime),
        (totem_pl_parser_add_quicktime):
        Fix stupidly placed bracket breaking Quicktime, make sure
        we don't get called with '0' len (Closes: #350343)

I think xine-lib still doesn't give us redirection though.

We can't seem to be able to parse this file as a ref in xine-lib.
Tim, can GStreamer do it properly?
