In the gconf-2.14.0 source tarball examples/ contains:

Makefile.am
Makefile.in
basic-gconf-app.c
simple-controller.c
simple-view.c

but the gnome CVS "GCONF_2_14_0" tag is applied to:

.cvsignore
Makefile.am
basic-gconf-app.c
basic-gconf-app.schemas
complex-gconf-app.c
simple-controller.c
simple-view.c

Why isn't basic-gconf-app.schemas in the tarball?
