Description Dave Malcolm 2005-12-22 18:18:28 UTC
Currently a new user gets:

+-Search Folders
  +- Unmatched

in the mail folder tree, until (if ever) they create Search Folders.

Suggestion: that this entire part of the hierarchy should only appear in the mail folder tree if the user has actual search folders, and should disappear upon deletion of the final user-created search folder (unmatched is a kind of "virtual virtual folder").

Bumping version to a stable release.

Can we close the bug now as we have option ( Edit > Preference > Mail
preference > General tab > Enable search folder ) to enable/disable search
folders ?
Comment 3 Akhil Laddha 2008-06-19 12:56:31 UTC
Please reopen you feel above option doesn't fulfill your requirement.
