When you have some window with combobox near the bottom of the screen and click 
on the combobox, it is moved down and i need to click to arrow to show it

Other information:
ok, this one screen is from gaim but it happens in every gtk app.

Need more screenshots? Here you have it. It happens in every gtk app which has a  combo, when you move it near the top or bottom edge of screen enough. Here is bluefish:
