Treeview doesn't show characters with pydev plugin for eclipse

Please describe the problem: There's a problem with the debug view of pydev plugin and gnome 2.12. The characters are not in the treeview. Created attachment 54751 [details] Eclipse before running gnome-theme-mananer This is one screenshot of the eclipse view in an xterm alone session. The characters are rendered correctly.
Created attachment 54753 [details] Eclipse after running gnome-theme-mananer This is the same eclipse proccess. The only difference is that I have run the gnome-theme-manager command. As soon as the theme is loaded, the characters dissapear (I have tested with different themes and the result is the same).
From your screenshot, it looks like you are using the clearlooks-cairo theme engine, is this true?
Yes, but as I have said the problem has nothing to do with the theme. In the pydev bug-tracker, you can find screenshots of the same problem and the clearlooks "standard". Also I have opened another bug in eclipse: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116343
Fixed in gnome 2.14 RC
