Please describe the problem:
Very slow loading of the following pdf,
http://albin.abo.fi/~ninylund/dump/kasiohjelma270905.pdf. Thumbnails are shown
"instantly" but it takes 5-10 seconds before any pages are shown. Xpdf shows the
same file instantly.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the PDF

Actual results:


Expected results:
Faster loading

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
The evince package I use is evince 0.4.0-ubuntu4 (breezy preview), I don't know
how it differs from the official packages.

Tried attaching the PDF to the bug, but it's too big (1.9 Mb) so I'll leave it
where it is now.
