In Evo 2.2 and below if I wanted to send a message to a newsgroup I had to press
Actions->Post New Message.  This was a little odd as I've expect it to be
File->New->Posting, but I could live with that.

Now with the menu redesign, Post New Message has gone.  Now if I want to send a
message to a newsgroup I had to press New Message, add the Post To field, and
manually enter the full name of the newsgroup.

i added it back when looking at another bug.  clearly this change was accidental
or simply not thought out very far.

That solves replies, but unless I am missing something I can't see a way to send
a new posting via NNTP without it being a reply to an existing message.

verified using evolution-2.4.0.
