Description Markus Rebensburg 2005-05-23 10:44:29 UTC
Version details: Version 0.3.2
Distribution/Version: Suse 9.2

We use the cyrus imapd which supports the RFC 2060 ALERT message type.
Gyrus gets confused if the imap server response with:
"* OK [ALERT] some message" after login. The list of users and other data
structures are corrupted after receiving this message. After removing this
message from the server gyrus behaved normal.

Maybe gyrus should ignore such a message or open a popup.

I've fixed this in CVS HEAD. I will leave the bug open for a while, can you
please confirm that the fix works for you too?

Thanks for reporting and sorry for the long time without fixing it.
