I can confirm the problem you describe; Evolution used to _not_ track its bugs
with bugzilla.gnome.org . That may be the reason you could not send in Evolution
reports to bugzilla.gnome.org .
However Evolution recently moved to b.g.o. so I confirm this bug.

This occurred for me this morning as well.
Comment 5 Olav Vitters 2005-06-10 16:39:34 UTC
It is indeed caused by moving Evolution from bugzilla.ximian.com to
bugzilla.gnome.org. Evolution specified that it has its bugs at
bugzilla.ximian.com, so bug-buddy complains it can't find it. Evolution was the
only program specifying the bugzilla installation.

Newer Evolutions (only after the move) do not specify the bugzilla locations.
Not really a bug-buddy bug.

Workaround would be nice, but don't know how.. problem is that Evolution
specifies b.x.c and it isn't there anymore.
Comment 6 Kyle Maxwell 2005-06-10 16:40:42 UTC
So is this something that distros could fix, at least until Evolution fixes itself?
Comment 7 Olav Vitters 2005-06-10 16:46:09 UTC
Evolution has fixed it, you just need a newer version to see it.

oh. hrm.. I was told it was done, but checking the file in CVS, seems it is
*not* the case.

anyway from the .desktop file the following line should be removed:
X-GNOME-Bugzilla-Bugzilla=Ximian

I'll file an Evolution bug for the .desktop file.
Comment 8 Olav Vitters 2005-06-10 16:55:14 UTC
Bugreport for the .desktop file is bug 307176

We can't fix this in bug-buddy, but it has been fixed in Evolution. Marking this
one WONTFIX, just cause we can't fix it for the old non-working Evolution
versions (it is more CANTFIX). Suggest everyone seeing this to get a newer
Evolution version.
