Description of problem:
gnome-pilot does not know about the PalmOne Treo 650 device

Patch to devices.xml file attached to add the Treo 650
An additional udev hack may be needed (I am working on FC3 where I do need a
udev hack, however this is a separate and previously reported bug)

This is currently listed as the zire31 device in the kernel.  This device is
listed in the 2.0.13 devices.xml file.
