Description gaetan.perrier 2005-04-02 12:39:34 UTC
Can you add the possibilty to add/modify the rotate EXIF flag instead of
physically rotate the photo with lossly jpg rotate algorythm?
Comment 1 Jonathan ILIAS 2005-06-01 21:05:20 UTC
This also would be useful for many digital cameras that automatically sets the
rotation information into EXIF data.
Comment 2 Bengt Thuree 2006-09-06 12:55:31 UTC
I would assume that you should only modify the EXIF Rotate flag, instead of rotating the whole picture. Why else do we have the flag?
Comment 3 Michael Chudobiak 2006-09-27 14:20:26 UTC
I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of bug 343867, to consolidate the exif/rotation issues. See comment 14 of bug 343867 specifically, which addresses this.
