Description Sebastien Bacher 2005-03-29 23:55:36 UTC
This bug has been opened here: https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/8346

"When I have a long document (in fact too long to be displayed totally on the
same screen), I have the following problem: if I scroll down, click in the
middle of the document, the cursor goes to the right place, but the document is
displayed from the very beginning and not where the cursor is (so that I don't
see the cursor). More strange, this problem occurs only the very first time,
that is only when the document has just been opened."

It's quite easy to get this behaviour while trying to select some text in the
middle of a file.

same here, this is really annoying.

Comment 2 Paolo Borelli 2005-04-05 13:14:58 UTC
marking this one as dup even if it's older since the other one has a patch.
