ivan's new installer fixed the graphing problems and got charts a little closer
to working. unfortunately, they are still broken on win32.

<jody> The chart dialog looks like it may be a patch problem
<jody> the console has a spew about missing images
<dom> yeah, charting debug spew is 'image != NULL'
