To reproduce load something like file:///home/marco/yelp2.html#gospanel-21 in
testgtkembed. The testcase seem to work correctly with fontconfig 2.2.96 but not
with fontconfig 2.2.3.

This seems to work fine with testgtkhtml in gtkhtml2 HEAD.
