Description Mark McLoughlin 2004-07-19 09:11:44 UTC
From Fedora:

  http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=115313

If signal strength percentage is displayed, the width of the wireless
applet changes when the number of digits in the percentage changes.
In particular, if signal strength hits 100%, the applet pushes its
neighbors on the panel to the right, and when strength drops below
100%, the other applets shift left. The movement is rather
  disconcerting.

How should we fix this? Pack a space in when only two digits are being displayed?

Also, I want to add the ability to display the connection strength on the panel
in gnome-netstatus, as part of my grand plan to replace the wireless-applet with
gnome-netstatus.
