2. Collapse the biggest group (rows 2-18)

I don't understand.

There was a bug on Sheet1 where you had 'display outline' set to false
yet things were still sizing as if they were there.  That is fixed in
cvs.  Looking at Sheet1(2) the largest group I see is 4-18 and I can't
produce that rendering problem.
