GnuCash does not start anymore on Windows

Please describe the problem: I have Windows XP and I have downloaded the GnuCash program. I installed it but it worked only once. Now, I can not run the program, it makes nothing. Please do not use the severity "blocker" yourself unless you are sure this bug really "blocks development and/or testing work" for everyone. You say that GnuCash worked only once. Did it crash or exit cleanly? What does "make nothing" mean? Is gnucash-bin.exe still listed as a running process in your task manager? What about gconfd-2.exe? Does killing gconfd-2.exe and/or deleting C:\Documents and Settings\$user\Local Settings\Temp\gconfd-$user\lock\ior help? Next time, please use a more descriptive bug summary.
