Description Daniel Holbach 2006-01-06 08:12:17 UTC
Forwarded from: http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21128

I'm very far from my access point and the connection is very unstable, but
netstatus applett shows full signal level (82%)
instead when I run iwconfig it shows the right value:

Link Quality=39/100 Signal level=-78 dBm Noise level=-86 dBm

I think the applet has to refer to this values so I mailed the bug!

I'm using ubuntu 5.10 and gnome-netstatus-applet 2.12.0-0ubuntu1
I have a pentium M laptop with a ipw2200 card
